Project Overveiw:
Concrete place and finish - 3 buildings 12 storey

This $750 million mixed-use development is one of the largest projects undertaken outside of the Melbourne CBD. Located upon a 35,000m2 parcel of land, this project consisted of four buildings being constructed simultaneously. Ocon’s extensive resource reach was put to the test with up to 3 concrete pours undertaken in a single day. Planning and coordination of men, concrete finishing machines and logistics was key in the successful delivery of this project. More specifically, catered placement and finishing techniques were implemented by Ocon. It was in this project where Ocon’s industry knowledge was in full effect to successfully deliver the project.
