Concrete Remediation

Elm & Stone Apartments

Client:
Hutchinson Builders

After a subcontractor poured the structure and left things in a mess, Ocon was called in tosave the day to perform desperately needed remediation works to maintain the program.

There were severe issues on this project, with one level being 30mm above the nominated RL. In order to rectify the difference in levels,  Ocon used both commercial concrete scabblers and grinding systems to grind back before self-levelling the affected level back to the nominated RL.

In addition to the above, Ocon also performed remediation to concrete precast panels, in situ walls, hobs, stairs, and ramps.

By working closely with suppliers, Ocon ensured that not only the best products were used for every application but also the best results were achieved.
