Project Overveiw:

Concrete place and finish - 3 basements & 19 storey

Sitting atop Daly Street in the vibrant South Yarra area, the Lucia Apartments are a 19-storey and three basement apartment building. Due to the nature of the transfer slab of the building, Ocon addressed these challenges using innovative placement methods developed in-house by our experienced management team.

By thinking a little differently and letting our experience show, we were more than competent in ensuring all specific project requirements were met.
