Project Overveiw:

Supply and construct 50mm screed w regupol acoustic underlay to CLT structure 2 buildings 7 storey

This is one of the first European style CLT timber structure construction in Melbourne. 2 buildings, 6 levels each. Supply and construct 50mm topping slab on a 5mm Regupol acoustic underlay to a CLT structure design. Ocon installed 5mm Regupol acoustic underlay to all floor areas (aprox 12,000m2) and 50mm screed fibre mesh topping slab throughout.

This project was delivered with zero defects due to Ocon’s innovative nature and understanding of concrete construction, and the methodology that arose as a result.
