Concrete Placement

Gravity Apartments

Project Overveiw:
Concrete place and finish - 30 storey

The Gravity Apartment was the first 29-storey building in Melbourne’s exciting Fishermen’s Bend precinct. The building itself has a small building plate. This meant it was crucial for Ocon to get the logistical planning and place and finish methodology right - along with ensuring the synergy between concrete supply and pumping was dialled in to perfection.

By working closely with all stakeholders, Ocon Group ensured the building was delivered on time - without compromising the safety, quality and budget.
