Concrete place and finish - 1 basements & 9 storey

Description: Delicately placed in the heart of Williamstown, this 10-storey mid-rise was designed to echo the suburb's rich maritime history. Ocon was tasked with placing and finishing all the buildings horizontal slabs and stairs.

Due to its unique design, Ocon implemented project-specific strategies to ensure the project was delivered successfully.
