Classic East Melbourne

Project Overveiw:

Concrete place and finish - 3 basements & 14 storey

2 level basement & 2 towers (7 & 9 Storey). This project was constructed around the existing Pullman Hotel. Extensive planning by all stakeholders in the initial planning was necessary to ensure the new structure didn’t interfere with the existing hotel that was operational at the time. Ocon offered placement solutions that addressed the specific challenges of this project.
