Albert Redevelopment Retirement Community

Project Overveiw:

Concrete place and finish - 1 basements & 18 storey

18-storey tower consisting of 83 purpose-designed retirement living apartments. Given this project had a small building plate, a line was set up in the core and all pours were performed with a line. Specific pour procedures were implemented around pouring with a line as opposed to a boom.
