Concrete place and finish - 1 basements & 17 storey

Located in the heart of Melbourne CBD, 271 Spring Street is marked to become the new Headquarters for Australian Unity. This structural steel and Bondek structure of 16 levels was a challenging project for all stakeholders. Logistical planning and open communication between contractors was key in the delivery of this project. Ocon Group implemented project-specific pouring and finishing procedures in an ever changing environment to successfully deliver this project.
